The Center on Youth Voice, Youth Choice’s National Coalition brings together leadership organizations that represent youth with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), parents, caregivers, educators, advocates, and adult support systems to share information, knowledge, and access to alternatives to guardianship for youth and young adults with IDD.

National Coalition members:

  • participate in coalition meetings and provide guidance on strategic decisions about investments, relationships, and resources
  • build connections between their affiliate organizations at the state and local levels and the state supported decision-making initiatives
  • disseminate resources on alternatives to guardianship and supported decision-making to their networks and constituents
  • support efforts to integrate lessons learned to improve the work of the Center
