Claire Adams is a 23-year-old Autistic advocate and college student. She is excited to serve as the youth co-lead for the CYVYC Arizona State Team. She is a peer mentor for Project FOCUS at the University of Arizona, where she supports disabled young adults in navigating college life, job skills training, advocacy, and living independently. She is an alumnus of Arizona Youth Leadership Forum, ArizonaLEND, and Autism Campus Inclusion. She actively serves as a council member on Arizona Statewide Independent Living Council.
Outside of disability advocacy, Claire loves to sing, attend concerts/music festivals, and travel. Her motto is “Be the person you want others to be”.
